Nana Agyemang, the technical director of Sekondi, told Ghanasoccernet: "We have been in talks with Blackburn over the deal and the documents have now been sent for him to travel to England.
"He will start the trial on January 4th for two weeks and I am confident he will impress Sam Allardyce because the scouts are already happy with what they have seen.
"I think James is cut for the Premier League because of his pace and ability. James is a world class player at this age and I think Blackburn will benefit immensely in getting him."
