The Rovers defender was cleared at a Disciplinary Commission hearing today and he will therefore not have to serve any suspension.
The charge related to an incident involving Arsenal striker Robin van Persie during the FA Cup semi-final game at the Millennium Stadium, Cardiff last Saturday.
Todd was seen to have caught the Dutch striker in the face just after he had scored the third goal of the game for the Gunners although the Rovers skipper always claimed that it was accidental.
