Allardyce will now be waiting for fitness reports on defenders Chris Samba and Ryan Nelsen plus striker Paul Gallagher after they were all forced off during the game with injuries.
Allardyce told the club's website: "With Ryan it looks like a medial ligament, and Gally and Chris are hamstrings.
"We'll know better as to how seriously they are injured on Sunday and Monday when we get scans on them obviously.
"But all three are pretty doubtful for next week."
