Striker faces a month out

The Norwegian striker fell heavily following a hefty challenge and limped out of the clash at Ewood Park just before half-time.

Rovers' chief executive John Williams said: "Egil has undergone a scan which has revealed knee ligament damage. It's difficult to assess at this stage, but he could be out for up to three or four weeks."
