Souness Plays Down Yorke Row

Souness has confirmed that there was a fall-out between himself and the striker during a recent training session but has rubbished newspaper reports that this could mean the former Manchester United striker being shown the door at Rovers.

"There was something, but these things happen on training grounds every week in football and you move on," he told BBC Sport.

"You want your players to be competitive and we'll speak about it."
