Graeme Souness is waiting with baited breath to discover the nature of the injury as Rovers enter the final straight in the race for Premiership survival...
Souness said: "We'll have a better idea over the next 24 hours or so. It was his knee, but we're not quite sure what he's done yet.
"We're hoping it's not serious, but I'm just disappointed for him because he was playing very well in the first half."
Dunn had returned to the side after missing Saturday's disappointing defeat at Leicester with a hip injury.
