Savage came off towards the end of the first half when he hurt his knee but Mark Hughes is hopeful it won't be too serious.
"He's going to have a scan on Monday, the feeling is that he may have damaged his cartilage, so we'll have a look at that." Hughes told the official website. "Hopefully we'll get some good news, but it could be that he may need a small operation just to tidy something up."
