" We felt we were on the end of two very harsh decisions," the Rovers boss said after the 2-2 draw.
"We didn't think it was a penalty at the time and especially after seeing it at an angle on TV.
"The referee chose to see it as he did with the sending off.
"People might see it as an aggressive challenge. I thought it was a great challenge.
"He's got the ball and he's made contact with the player. That can happen when you go aggressively.
"It wasn't a nasty challenge, he wasn't high. We will be appealing."
