The Indian poultry giants bought Rovers from the Walker Trust back in November 2010 have backed manager Steve Kean to take the club forward next season.
They have made funds available to the Scot to strengthen the squad ahead of the new campaign, having outlined their ambitious plans for the future.
Kean is reportedly close to landing Monaco defender Cedric Mongongu, as the club look to secure their first signing of the summer, and the owners are looking forward to their first full season in charge.
A club statement to the Lancashire Telegraph, read: "Blackburn Rovers Football Club would like to assure all supporters that the owners (Venky's) remain as passionate and committed to the club as ever.
"The owners vehemently refute any suggestions to the contrary and are continuing to work hard to push the club forward through a strategy based around systematic growth."
