Burnley have slapped a £2million price tag on Chaplow's head, which could prove a stumbling block for Rovers, although Blackburn could offer out-of-favour defender Andy Todd as part of the deal. The England U21 International however, has also attracted the attention of other Premiership clubs such as Newcastle United and Everton.
