"He thinks he has pulled his thigh, so we hope it is not too bad," the Rovers boss told the club's official website.
"I thought Jason did very well last night. It was a different role for him, but he was causing them problems so it was a shame that he couldn't cap off his performance with a goal.
"But we hope that his injury isn't too serious.
"I thought our general play, the quality of our passing and movement, the way we circulated the ball was first-class.
"We tried a few things this evening, a little bit different from our normal approach to games and I think it worked.
"We obviously have won the game and we scored goals, so we're delighted with that."
