But Robinson says that they can’t afford to put in another poor performance like they did at the Reebok, otherwise it could well be curtains.
Robbo believes that the side let themselves down as well as a massive following who were expecting more after a recent change in results.
But the keeper also knows that there are plenty of points available from the remaining eight games, although next time out they face Manchester United at Ewood Park.
He told the club's official website: "To perform the way we did in the first half, we let ourselves down and we let the fans down.
"We had a great following. It was fantastic to run out and see the whole end behind the goal full and in the first half we let everyone including ourselves down.
"We're three points ahead of the bottom three and two points clear of the team below us so I think we would have taken that before the last few games.
"But we're obviously disappointed because we could have extended that gap. We just leave ourselves with a job still to do.
"We're in pole position at the moment and we've got to keep it that way."
