The 25 year old went to Upton Park twice and then onto Reading with no luck, but he now says that he is ready for the Premier League.
The player is hoping that his current club Naval and Rovers will hold talks and that Sam would be willing to spend the half million it would take to land the midfielder.
"I am now more mature and better equipped to play in the Premier League," The Frenchman told Sky Sports.
"I believe that I could do well for this team but the decision rests with the coach and the two clubs striking a deal."
