Dann has a knee injury after Leon Best fell on him. The Blackburn centre-back tried to play on but had to be taken off after just over an hour.
Dann now faces scans to see what damage has been done.
"He's not great to be fair," Kean said about Dann on Rovers' official website.
"After Leon Best fouls him, he bundles him over and lands on him and he's got quite a nasty bang on his knee so we'll have to get that scanned.
"We've also got injuries to Gael Givet who also got a nasty bang and Michel Salgado is feeling his hamstring, but we had to keep both players on the pitch.
"So that is a lot of injuries to come out of one game."
