Rovers came close to snapping up the Bosnia international during the summer window, a £6 million fee had been agreed, but concerns over the player’s fitness due to an injury ended the deal.
Blackburn boss Steve Kean has hinted that he could return for the forward in January and Ibisevic's representative admits they would be willing to re-open discussions.
"A lot can happen in six months but Blackburn was an interesting club," Andreas Sadlo said in the Lancashire Telegraph.
"We checked the club - the infrastructure, the facilities - and it is interesting for us.
"It was a possibility, there were negotiations but maybe it was not the right moment."
