Houllier confirms Duff interest

Graeme Souness has made it clear that Duff won't be sold on the cheap, if at all, and that interested clubs will have to break the bank to lure Duff away from Ewood Park.

Houllier told Liverpools official website: "Everyone knows about our interest in Damien Duff and about the fact that we made an offer for him last year. That offer was rejected and we were told he was not for sale.

"We are looking for someone for that position but I don't see many available at the moment for the right price.

"Damien still interests us, at the right price!"
