The two goalscorers in Rovers, 2-1 Uefa Cup away win against Wisla Krakow on Thursday night both picked up injuries during the game in Poland are rated doubtful for the game against Sam Allardyce's side at Ewood Park on Sunday.
"Robbie has a bang on his back and he had a little bit of pain down his hamstrings as a consequence of it," manager Mark Hughes told the clubs official website.
"But we've got him in and hopefully it won't be of too much significance.
"But he's a concern at the moment, and David Bentley too as he's a little bit tight in his hamstring so we hope that's not an issue for us."
