The 19 year old is having a good time north of the border where he has scored three times in eight starts since joining in January.
Rovers shouldn’t have a problem with that, it would give the youngster good experience in the first team and he would no doubt learn a lot under the leadership of Butcher.
Butcher said: "I would like to get him back here because he is a great, bubbly character, a funny boy, but a good player as well.
"He'll work hard and play on either flank. He has definitely improved since being with us.
"The goal he got at Perth was a great goal. So Blackburn will be happy with that but there are players like that we would like to bring up because they certainly help the squad and lift the squad as well."
