Chelsea bid for Duff rejected

New multi-million pound Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich has told Blackburn to name their price for the Republic of Ireland winger.

Duff has a clause in his Rovers contract that says if Rovers receive a substantial bid for him he would be allowed to talk to the interested club.
