In fact, he has even said that he would be willing to drop to a team in the Championship to get regular first team football after only making three appearances last term, all when Robinson was injured.
The 27 year old told the LET: "Maybe an exit is inevitable. Paul Robinson looks to be No.1 and you can't get away from the fact I want to be playing regular football, whether that be here or somewhere else only time will tell.
"If that is the manager's decision then that will be and if an opportunity comes up to go somewhere else then I would have to look at that seriously.
"I will have to go away, have a think in the summer with the family and see what options are there.
"If there is an option to go and play somewhere I will have to have a discussion with the manager and the club.
"I would consider dropping into the Championship. I have to be a realist, I am not going to walk straight into a Premier League team."
