The defender picked up the injury in the win over Bristol City in the third round of the FA Cup and caretaker manager Gary Bowyer is worried that the player may miss the trip to Wolves on Friday.
Henley has impressed in recent games and Bowyer admits that it would be a blow to lose him for such an important game.
"Adam has damaged his hamstring but we don't know how bad," Bowyer told Radio Rovers.
"He's come back into the side and done tremendously well and over the last two games he's been magnificent.
"But unfortunately he's tweaked a hamstring so we'll pick that up on Monday."
