Birmingham Owner Denies Bowen Rumours

Bowen left City after a reported fall-out with Bruce but newspaper reports over the weekend had suggested that City were ready to offer the Welshman the job at St Andrew's in the summer.

Sullivan, however, has dismissed this claiming that the reports were made purely to disrupt is club's attempts at an immediate return to The Premiership.

"It's complete rubbish and you can quote me on that," Sullivan told the Birmingham Mail.

"I think this has been made up to try to disrupt us."
