Big Sam brings in new assistant

Allardyce has already started making changes after being named as the successor to Paul Ince and Neil McDonald, who was a part of his successful backroom team at Bolton, is the new assistant manager.
McDonald arrives from Leeds United where he had a coaching role.
"Ray Mathias and Archie Knox have both been relieved of their duties," said a club statement."In welcoming Neil the club would like to thank Ray and Archie for their efforts over the last few months."
