Berg to stay?

Berg was expected to leave the club and return to Norway when his present deal at the club expires in the summer but problems with housing plans in his homeland have held-up his need to return and the defender now wants to stay at Ewood Park for another year.

"I will speak to Henning later this week to discuss his future," said Rovers boss Graeme Souness.
