Rodgers says that the Swans will be looking to bring in new players during the January transfer window, but Andrews is not on his list.
Andrews is currently at Ipswich on loan, but it does seem like he has played his last game for Blackburn after letting it be known he wants a move.
Rodgers has younger targets in mind and can’t see himself spending around £2million on a player who is past 30.
"I am sure there will be movements in and out in January," the Swansea manager told the South Wales Evening Post.
"I see the agents are doing their work at the moment and throwing out lots of names in the media.
"It's that funny time of year when all sorts of names come out.
"But I think people who know the way this club works know that we will not be spending £2 million on a 31-year-old, for example."
